Prepared for Jill Simonds — May 2026
Savvy is becoming a value creation firm — three pillars transmitting one proprietary System of Value Creation. This proposal covers the two projects that put that thesis where owners can find it: a website that replaces the current Squarespace site, and the agentic systems that power Value Academy — both built on the System as the spine.
"Fractional" is a race to the bottom. The work you actually do — the System of Value Creation — isn't a commodity. But until every surface communicates the System, owners hire on the category, not the IP. That's what these two projects fix.
savvystrategicpartners.com is a strong services site for the old positioning — testimonials, case studies, framework pillar pages. None of it carries the new architecture. Value creation firm with three pillars can't live as a Squarespace template patch.
Media, Value Academy, and Embedded Executives all transmit the same System of Value Creation. If the site, the content, and the AI agent each treat the System differently, the IP stays diffuse. One spine, three pillars is a structural requirement, not a design preference.
Don't bury what works. The site evolution keeps the proof — case studies, named clients, industry pages — and adds the pillars and named sub-brand on top. Both projects assume Embedded Executives stays load-bearing throughout the transition.
Application gating, recurring billing, content automation, community calls, AI-trained voice agent. Squarespace can host marketing for these. It cannot run them. Project B is the engine; Project A is the storefront.
The owner reads a System node, finds it in the article, hears it on the podcast, sees it in the framework diagram, and asks the AI agent about it — and gets the same answer in your voice. The site organizes around it. The content teaches it. The agent reasons from it. The System becomes the spine. Everything else is application.Jill Simonds — Brand Architecture, May 2026
One proprietary IP. Three pillars apply it. Every surface — the site, the content, the AI agent — reasons from the same spine.
The new front door has to exist before the agentic engine has something to feed. Project A puts the System where owners can find it; Project B turns Value Academy from a concept into a product.
Replace the Squarespace site entirely. Three pillar pages, elite SEO at launch, every testimonial and case study migrated, 49 URLs re-mapped with no SEO loss. Built on Astro — or Webflow if you want hands-on control.
Six integrated systems that turn Value Academy into a working product: AI content engine voice-trained on your IP, application pipeline, Stripe-gated membership, social automation, community call infrastructure, and the First Incline assessment.
Squarespace built you a competent services site. It cannot carry a three-pillar firm with a proprietary IP at the center. We rebuild it on Astro, deployed to Cloudflare, content managed through a Claude interface — no CMS admin, no theme drift, no plugin updates.
The whole site rebuilt around the System — nothing of value to Embedded Executives gets dropped. Full deliverables list, technical specs, and migration manifest live in the detailed proposal.
Not an afterthought. Full technical SEO, on-page optimization, and structured-data schema built into every page and shipped the day the site goes live.
Wired in from day one. Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookie banner needed) and Google Search Console claimed, verified, and submitting your sitemap.
Pillar pages read as manifestos, not service menus. One intake at the firm level routes by fit. The System page anchors the architecture.
301 redirects for every Squarespace URL. SEO-equity pages (4-Capital series, named-client case studies) keep their authority through cutover.
A website is only as good as how it runs once it's live. We build on one of two platforms — here's the honest tradeoff, so the choice is yours with eyes open.
Astro compiles your site into plain static files served from Cloudflare's global edge. No database, no WordPress admin, no plugins. Nothing to hack, nothing to break, nothing to update.
Need a change? Tell us in plain language — "swap this headline," "add this case study." Our Claude interface makes the edit and it's live in minutes. No ticket queue, no waiting on a developer.
You don't log into a builder and drag things around yourself. For most owners that's the point: the website stops being something you manage. If hands-on control matters, that's what Webflow is for.
The website, off your plate — for good.
Best for: owners who want the website handled, not managed. Roughly half the build cost and half the monthly of Webflow.
A visual editor you log into and control.
Best for: owners who genuinely want to move things around themselves and will use that access.
Front-loaded intake, then heavy build with light approvals. The old site stays up until the new one is verified.
With the front door live, we build the engine. Six interlocking systems that turn Value Academy from a positioning concept into a working membership product — voice-trained AI content, gated application flow, Stripe-driven membership, community infrastructure, and the foundational assessment that becomes the firm's top-of-funnel.
Your book, podcast, and 50+ client recordings become the content engine — automatically, in your voice, tagged to System nodes.
Every system connects to make the owner's journey frictionless — from first read to active member. Full specs and integration details in the detailed proposal.
Voice-trained on your book, podcasts, and 50+ recordings. System-node-tagged outputs. Weekly batch approval. 10 articles + 20 carousels at launch.
One application at the firm level. Conditional logic routes to Academy, Embedded Executives, or "stay in the audience." Replaces dual funnels.
Recurring billing. Member portal. Access gated by payment state. Onboarding sequence runs the moment someone joins.
LinkedIn + 1 more. Auto-queue from approved Content Engine output. Tagged so analytics show which System nodes convert.
Bi-weekly structured calls. Automated reminders. Replay hosting. M–F office hours scheduling for faculty.
Firm-level entry into the System. Scored, shareable, viral. Top-of-funnel that routes to whichever pillar fits. Ships post-launch.
Front-loaded in Week 1 (voice intake for the engine), then ~1 hr/week for approvals. After launch: one batch approval per week. That's it.
You evaluate businesses for a living. Here's how we built for the scrutiny.
"Why two projects? Why not bundle them as one?"
Different scope, different risk, different success criteria. The website transfer ships in 4 weeks and is binary — either the new site is live or it isn't. The Value Academy build is a 6-week product launch with six interdependent systems. Bundling hides the structure and makes either side feel under-scoped. Two projects, sequenced, with bundle savings when you sign both.
"What about my Embedded Executives clients during the transition?"
Embedded Executives is paying the bills and stays load-bearing throughout. Project A keeps every case study, named client testimonial, and industry page in the migration — nothing of value to that pillar gets dropped. The repositioning lifts the firm; it doesn't replace the engine that's running.
"Will the AI actually sound like me?"
The engine trains on Unseen Forces, your podcast appearances, and 50+ client recordings — one of the deepest brand voice libraries we've worked with. Outputs reason from the System of Value Creation as canonical taxonomy — not generic chat. You review everything. If it drifts, we retune monthly.
"I'm running the firm. When do I have time?"
We stagger deliberately. Project A Week 1 is heavy (brand intake), then quiet through cutover. Project B Week 1 is also heavy (voice intake for content engine), then ~1 hour per week. The sequencing means the two projects never collide.
"Why does the website have a $175/mo fee?"
It's not a hosting upcharge — it's the site staying handled. Hosting, security patching, ongoing light SEO, and unlimited reasonable edit requests, all covered. You never log into anything, never chase a developer, never watch the site go stale. For a firm whose credibility lives on that site, "handled" is the product. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
"What happens to my IP if we part ways?"
Your content, brand voice, recordings, framework, and assessment IP remain yours — permanently. Our IP covers system architecture and process design. You get a perpetual license. The Astro site source code is yours; you can self-host it on any static provider in an afternoon.
We have to nail Phase 1 (Projects A + B) before anything else. But the architecture is designed to grow. Here's the vision.
Website live on Astro by end of June (Project A). Value Academy infrastructure built and launched in the following 6 weeks (Project B). Six systems running, voice-trained content engine producing, applications routing through smart intake.
Members are engaged. Now we deepen and automate. Agentic marketing expands beyond content into outreach and follow-up. Forum surfaces when comment volume warrants it — owners helping owners. Branching learning paths based on where they are in the freedom journey. Additional platforms as data justifies.
Physical magazine with real member case studies — owners who went from trapped to free. Annual gathering where the cohort meets in person. Full LMS. License the System of Value Creation framework to other firms. This is where the IP becomes a movement, not just a membership.
Pricing reflects your role as the first client on the new productized stack. Each project stands alone — you can sign one, the other, or both. Both together get a single, simpler retainer.
Live in 4 weeks. Elite SEO at launch.
Astro — recommended · 60% kickoff / 40% go-live
Prefer hands-on control? Webflow alternative: ~$8,000 + $345/mo. See The Platform section above.
Built and launched in 6 weeks following Project A.
60% at kickoff · 40% at launch · retainer starts month after launch
Each project bills independently — you can sign one, the other, or both. Here's what the recommended path (Astro + Value Academy) looks like as a whole. Each monthly fee starts only after its own project launches.
$2,499 at kickoff. $1,666 at site go-live when DNS cutover is verified and all redirects pass. (Webflow path: $4,800 / $3,200.)
$2,910 at kickoff. $1,940 at launch when all six systems are live and verified.
Website ($175) and Academy retainer ($725) each begin on the 1st after their project launches, due within 15 days. Full schedule in the detailed proposals.
If either project's deliverables don't meet agreed scope, we revise at no cost within 14 days of launch. We don't ship work we wouldn't put our name on.
Site first. Then the systems. Both built on the spine. Both launched before the end of summer.
Reply to schedule kickoff — we can start Week 1 of June.
